What that money does not buy
It does not buy a place on a page, a better ranking, or a kinder description. The order options appear in on a county page is decided by that county's own coverage data. Options with no affiliate relationship at all, including local fixed-wireless operators and fiber providers, appear above ones that pay us whenever the data says they should.
How to tell
Every affiliate link on this site is marked rel="sponsored" in the page source and passes through a /go/ address. Any page containing one carries a disclosure above the first such link, not buried in the footer.
